High School diploma or G. E. D. and 2 years of related (Administrative Support) experience

Must pass DMV check, polygraph, background investigation, credit check, and drug screening.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Starting Salary Range:
$31.44 - $36.98

About This Role:
- Provide administrative support for In-Service and Firearms training classes
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data for reporting
- Manage all files for In-Service training
- Ensure they are complete and accurate
- Update schedules and calendars
- Support academy staff with administrative and clerical duties
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Submit purchasing requisitions
- Process travel requests
- Prepare correspondence
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or G. E. D. and 2 years of related (Administrative Support) experience
Preferences:
- Strong experience providing general administrative support in a busy organization.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with a data management system.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and successfully prioritize their workload.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
