Administrative Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: up to $18/hr

Administrative Specialist Job Description:

• Performs complex administrative support work by entering data, scanning documents, updating information in computerized systems, researching data to resolve complaints/issues, receiving mail, processing and composing correspondence and documents, and answering telephone inquiries.
• Coordinates, processes, and records financial information and transactions to include revenue collections.
• Receives, records, and processes receipts for payments.
• Maintains current operational monthly, weekly and daily reports and develop new reports to track current trends and activities.

Administrative Specialist Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably with financial responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including creating and analyzing complex reports).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patrons and team members.
• Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
