Administrative Specialist - Spherion

Spherion Naples is seeking an Administrative Specialist to take the next step in a career with a role that combines administrative precision, financial insight, and leadership potential. If you are seeking an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a dynamic and supportive environment, join our Planning Services team, where you'll play a critical role in preparing client files for their annual reviews and supporting the success of our Advisors.

Responsibilities:
The Planning Services team ensures every client meeting is efficient and impactful by:
Using Microsoft Office tools and proprietary Excel-based systems to organize and review client data.
Pulling and analyzing reports to identify key areas for the Advisor's focus, such as missing documents or inconsistencies in financial data.
Preparing comprehensive and accurate client files to facilitate seamless interactions.
This is a computer-intensive, back-office position where attention to detail and precision are essential. While this role starts as a behind-the-scenes position, there?s potential for client engagement and advancement into a Team Lead role.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Compile and analyze client data using internal tools and software.
Ensure all necessary documents are accounted for and review data for accuracy.
Collaborate with Advisors to address identified issues and opportunities.
Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a drive to grow into a leadership role.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2+ years proven office experience with a focus on organization and accuracy.
Exposure to financial services is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Can thrive working autonomously and as part of a team.
