Administrative Specialist (CONTRACT)
You are a motivated professional passionate about sustainability, waste diversion, and resource recovery. You excel in customer engagement, are comfortable with public presentations, and have a keen eye for assessing recycling and waste management practices.
This position pays: $30-34/hour
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (hybrid)
What you will be doing:
- Support administrative tasks and reporting.
- Conducting waste and diversion assessments for customers
- Implementing and following up on waste diversion programs
- Developing and delivering public education programs and community presentations
- Assisting the department with administrative tasks and reporting
What you bring:
- Experience in resource recovery, waste management, or recycling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
