Administrative Specialist - Spherion

Spherion is looking for an organized Administrative Specialist to join one of our customer's team! In this role, you'll help keep things running smoothly by supporting day-to-day office tasks and keeping everything in order. We're looking for someone who's great at multitasking, has strong communication skills, and enjoys tackling challenges. If you're someone who loves staying organized and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepares sales orders and related customer documents.
- Performs accounting functions including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintains business records and files.
- Prepares accounting reports and inputs data into financial spreadsheets.
- Accepts special projects as needed to support business operations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results and exceeding expectations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently.
- Must be self-directed and motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and priorities.
- Must have an excellent attendance record and complete assignments on time.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ERP software.
- Microsoft Office Software - Outlook, Word, Excel. Must be strong in Excel.
