Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Digital Marketing, responsible for providing overall administrative support to two or more Marketing department directors and their teams. Provide office and calendar support, onboarding assistance, meeting/event planning, inquiry research and troubleshooting, and project management as needed.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Digital Marketing, responsible for providing overall administrative support to two or more Marketing department directors and their teams. Provide office and calendar support, onboarding assistance, meeting/event planning, inquiry research and troubleshooting, and project management as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for a large team (65+), their functional area(s), directors, managers, and team members
- Manage and coordinate calendars for directors and team members, involving internal and external individuals, including appointments, meetings and related scheduling items
- Organize and facilitate leader and team meetings and events, including meals, space coordination, supplies and AV (onsite/offsite/virtual)
- Coordinate business travel and prepare monthly business expenses
- Assist with onboarding new employees, equipment support and off-boarding
- Act as an information source on organization policies and procedures, office operations and resources
- Back-up for other department administrative assistants when needed
- Act as liaison and develop positive working relationships with team members, administrative assistants, and other Cross department business partners
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in managing complex and conflicting priorities
- Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Requires strong communications and relationship management experience
- Ability to take directions, provide inputs and deliver on assigned tasks
