The role of Administrative Services Manager (ASM) at BCG is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about developing administrative professionals to deliver best-in-class administrative support to both our senior consulting team and our clients.
Collaborating closely with North America Administrative Services leadership and the local Business Management Leader (BML), the ASM is responsible for the management of a team of administrative professionals collocated at our San Francisco Bay Area office, as well as remote management of admins in other offices on the west coast. The responsibilities of this role will include:

The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Directly line manage a team of up to 20 Executive Assistants and Sr. Administrative Assistants, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee team operations to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, including support assignments, issue resolution, schedule coordination, timesheet management, and task prioritization.
- Partner with North America Administrative Services Leadership and local office leadership to implement BCG policies and guidelines effectively within the local context.
- Manage all aspects of the administrative employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, ongoing performance development, feedback collection and promotion processes.
- Drive local execution of Administrative Services functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and support to local staff.
- Foster a collaborative approach to teaming with peer Administrative Services teams across North America, other Business Services teams, and local Consulting Teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, morale, knowledge, and teamwork of the EA/AA team through proactive communication and involvement.
- Act as a key liaison between assistants and stakeholders, ensuring resource allocation meets client needs effectively and maintaining productive relationships. Advocate for the team’s needs while aligning with broader business objectives, and proactively address any expectation misalignments with stakeholders.
