Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Procurement Associate.

Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Roswell, GA

As a Procurement Associate, you will be:

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders, such as pricing discrepancies, delivery delays or quality concerns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address and mitigate issues promptly.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key suppliers. Communicating effectively to ensure alignment on expectations, performance metrics and scorecards.
• Proactively identify opportunities for supplier collaboration and process improvements
• Utilizing Microsoft office, SAP, and other ERP systems proficiently to manage procurement activities such as orders, scorecards, and any reporting needed.
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of procurement initiatives.
• Applying project management principles to monitor project progress and manage potential risks or issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Experience with SAP and other ERP systems.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.71/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
