Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and correspondence, offering assistance to prospective and existing clients
• Foster effective communication among various departments, including insurers, customers, estimators, and our automotive repair team
• Maintain precise data records for parts and client information
• Facilitate ongoing communication with the repair team to swiftly address any client concerns or installation issues
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently to uphold high satisfaction levels
• Aid in the procurement of supplies for both the repair center and administrative office
• Provide consistently exceptional customer service while supporting fundamental administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service and administrative capacities
• Strong organizational aptitude coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Previous exposure to automotive dealerships or collision repair centers preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure customer scenarios
• Self-motivated with the capability to thrive independently in a dynamic work environment
