Administrative (Recruitment and Outreach) - Defense Acquisition Support Services LLC

Summary

DAS Services is seeking an experienced administration/analyst professional to support recruiting and outreach efforts for the Human Resource Manager at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Some tasks will include:

• Assist with development and formalization of repeatable processes for recruitment
• Interface with Command G1 as part of the recruitment team
• Create and Maintain power point briefings
• Assist with set up and execution of Mentoring, Wellness, and Intern events
• Assists with recruitment events, tracking and scheduling representation
• Will also assist the training team with mandatory training, as a TED administrator and Mandatory Training Alternate POC
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• Scheduling interviews
• Overall facilitation of NH02 panels
• Maintaining contact with eligible candidates
• Developing and editing recruitment materials

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• People-focused with the ability to call/email candidates to provide friendly and effective communications on behalf of the command
• Experience working in a Military Human Resources Office
• Experience tracking and facilitating mandatory training programs
• Experience as part of a Human Resources recruiting team
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft office
• Advanced excel skillsets to include pivot tables

Desired Skills

• Experience as a Military recruiter
• Military experience as a 42 series
