Description
Endeavor Health Services is currently seeking an energetic Administrative Receptionist for our administrative office located in West Seneca. This position will work closely with the Executive Assistant and will greet visitors, provide support to the leadership team, supply inventory, file, and deliver agency mail.
The successful candidate will:
+ Provides support to ensure efficient operation of office
+ Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
+ Types and coordinates filing of agency policy and procedures of an administrative nature
+ Contacts managed care organizations to resolve administrative questions/issues that are non-clinical in nature, and do not pertain to billing for services delivered
+ Maintains agency agreements, contracts and logs
+ Ensures Endeavor letters of agreement with other providers are current and accurate
+ Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
+ Take accurate minutes of meetings
+ Develop and maintain a filing system
+ Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
+ Maintains the agency check log
+ Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
+ Participates in development and marketing activities
+ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs
+ Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies for working location
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Liberal Arts with a minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role which required independent judgment and task completion.
OR
Associate’s Degree with a minimum of three (3) years experience in an administrative role which required independent judgment and task completion.
AND
The position requires a high degree of independent problem-solving capacity, excellent writing skills and word processing skills, and proficiency in the use of other business software.
Must have a valid NYS drivers license and reliable transportation as local travel to other offices and stores will be required.
