Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Administrative Project Specialist.

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As an Administrative Project Specialist, you will:

• Screen, annotate, redirect, respond, & distribute inquiries & correspondence within established guidelines & judgment.
• Compose, transcribe, edit, proof, & process correspondence, speeches, presentations, graphs, charts, etc. as required.
• Assist with coordinating associate engagement events and giveaways, as needed.
• Compile metrics relating to ongoing initiatives
• Collect, distribute, collate & summarize information from staff at the VP's direction.
• Assist with implementing initiatives, process improvements & changes.
• Assist with track costs, performance, & other metrics.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BA in Business Administration or other related fields, and/or equivalent knowledge.
• Extensive Experience with executive office protocol, confidentiality, business decorum, procedures & processes.
• Extensive working experience with Microsoft Products such as: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $38 - $40 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
