Administrative Project Coordinator - Spherion

Spherion is hiring for a Administrative Project Coordinator!

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects within our organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to facilitate project milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues; implement solutions to mitigate these risks.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Support project managers in managing project scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and standards.
Assist in the evaluation of project performance and identify areas for improvement

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Prior experience in administrative and project coordination or related roles.
Proficiency in project management software/tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
