Your qualifications for the Administrative Project Coordinator position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3+ years recent professional office experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; (must Love MS Excel)
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Good math skills and ability/willingness to learn new software
- Customer service experience in a business environment
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Pleasant and positive demeanor and telephone presence
- Ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced office
- Temp to Hire position
- Monday Friday 8am-4:30pm with ½ hour lunch
- $20-$22/hour depending on skills and experience

- Answer, screen, and direct calls
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Sort and distribute mail/deliveries, send outgoing mail
- Maintain reception area
- Create spreadsheets and enter information
- Track and bill cost for multiple projects
- Record project A/R and A/P
- Update database and process documentation
- Maintain registrations and record keeping for DOT vehicles
- Filing and other office support duties
- Other projects as requested
