Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including scope of work, change orders, and permits
- Prepare and edit reports, letters, and bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage funding-related paperwork and client communications
- Create and maintain Gantt charts and utilize Liquid Planner to track project progress
- Support engineers by handling corrections and updates to project details as needed
- Answer phones, organize files, and perform general administrative tasks
- Manipulate documents by embedding pictures and working with style points in Word
Qualifications:
- Experience in document coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (style points, Gantt charts, and data organization)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable taking direction and adapting to last-minute changes
- Prior experience with Liquid Planner is a plus
