Administrative Professional - Spherion

Spherion Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join a local Bismarck team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the executive director, have a pleasant demeanor for client support, and be open to learning tasks related to web posting, social media and basic graphic design (will train.)

Monday-Friday
Pay $18-25/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
-Schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
-Perform general office management duties such as organizing files and distributing daily mail, answering some correspondence
-Assist in event planning and coordination
-Provide excellent customer support through phone and email communication
-Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
--Interface with our off-site bookkeeper to prepare checks for deposit, submit timesheets for payroll

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must have experience in an office/administrative role
-Ability to take direction, use self-initiative and have a high degree of accuracy
-Proven experience in any type of media environment a plus
-Proficiency in clerical tasks and office software applications
-Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
-Exposure to or interest in learning the Adobe Creative Suite to learn basic graphic design functions to format publications and advertising
