Administrative Processor - Mutual of America Life Insurance Company

We are hiring an Administrative Processor in our Processing Center, in Boca Raton, Florida. This full-time opportunity is responsible for processing participant and contract holder financial and non-financial transactions received via mail and e-mail.  The ideal candidate has excellent administrative skills and enjoys working in a team environment.

In this role, you will be asked to do the following:

• Process withdrawal claims and other financial transactions received via mail or e-mail. Review and validate claim forms. Process non-financial transactions received by mail and e-mail. Ensure all withdrawal requests and non-financial transactions are completed accurately and processed with valid transaction date. Enter cases as well as information relating to cases in Salesforce and prepare withdrawal paperwork for mailing. Call participants to clarify information on claim forms, provide status updates regarding claims, assist with completing claim forms and answer general information regarding claims.  Will not process financial or non-financial transactions via phone.
• Assist the Administrative staff where necessary with the fulfillment of regulatory requests made by participants through Telemarketing.  Enter information as required in Salesforce.
• Prepare correspondence to be sent by the Customer Service Representatives  and assist Telemarketing management with special projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work onsite, in the office hours between 8:00 a.m. to possibly 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  Overtime pay earned for all hours worked beyond 40 each week.
• College degree preferred.
• 1-year prior service experience preferred.
