About the Job
Beacon Hill Associates is currently looking for an energetic Administrative/Personal Assistant to provide support to an executive office in Northbrook. This person will be handling administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, booking travel and running personal errands. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and must be able to anticipate and oversee day to day requests with confidentiality. This person will be required to be onsite in the Northern suburbs on a hybrid schedule.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Handle a variety of personal responsibilities, including but not limited to personal errands, scheduling personal appointments, managing complex calendar, booking travel arrangements (both executive and person) and answering calls
- Household management and event planning tasks as needed
- Monthly reconciling of bank statements and credit card statements
- Produce written and verbal correspondence, including e-mail, formal letters and phone calls
Personal Assistant Requirements:
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.
- Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
