About the Job
Job Brief:
Assist the Chief Operations Officer and supervisors in daily duties
A liason between operations and accounting departement
Ordering material and parts from vendors
Receiving purchase reciepts and material for jobs. Coding all purchase receipts to the appropriate work tickets for accurate accounting. Point of contact for purchasing and helping manage material inventory within the Aspire system.
Work with operations manager and landscape supervisors to schedule recurring and non-recurring landscape and irrigation jobs using scheduling software. (Aspire Landscape Software System)
Montior and manage closing daily time on all jobs with supervisors.
Operating proprietary client systems in order to manage client work order requests.
Assisting with onboarding for new hires. Helping new hires with all HR paperwork, gathering and entering all required information for each employee for payroll processing.
Assist mechanic with part ordering, vehicle inspections and state registrations.
Assist in manging uniform production
Provide continuous innovative ideas pertaining to operations management
Skills Required:
Bilingual a plus
High level of computer and writing skills - fast learner on different software systems
QuickBooks a plus
Punctual
Advanced level of verbal skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to problem solve
