Job Summary:
Nakuuruq is seeking an Administrative Officer to work in the Northern Capital Region (NCR) in support of a program supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
+ Organize files and other written communications.
+ Coordinate activities with direct reports and staff.
+ Take meeting notes.
+ Prepare correspondences for signature.
+ Promote and maintain professional conduct throughout office.
+ Make travel arrangements.
+ Prepare travel vouchers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree, in life sciences and communications.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
+ 0-2 years of administrative experience.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be able to pass an HHS Public Trust background check.
Desired Qualifications
+ Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
