Our Business Office Department in Pasadena is seeking an Administrative Office Manager. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Group by developing methods to improve administrative controls and processes. This individual will implement best business practices to reflect the “Rusnak Standard” to deliver superior customer and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Efficiently and Effectively Maintains Accurate Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Monitors daily internal and external mails and packages are processed timely
- Ensure checks are signed and sent out timely
- Ensure documents are filed away timely such as MSO, DMV title, deal jacket and payable files
- Manage office supply order
- Assist in Record retention such as Iron Mountain maintenance for the group
- Manage time off requests and ensure accurate time punches
- Ensure the Office Manager and Accounting Managers are staying up to date with performance evaluations
- Ensure staffs are current with training
- Coordinate teambuilding activities
Efficiently and Effectively Supervises Administrative Staff
- Communicates effectively with staff; provides clear expectations, evaluates results and facilitates the training for administrative staff.
- Reviews individual performance of administrative staff and contributes feedback for employee’s annual performance appraisals.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent;
- At least eighteen (18) years of age;
- At least five (5) years of administrative management experience;
- Automotive accounting experience preferred.
