Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across the organization, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with the organization of company events and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
