Administrative Assistant

This could be the job for you!  Road2Wellness is a small Mental Health Clinic that provides out-patient therapy services. Our growing clinic is looking for someone who is positive, self motivated and must also uphold a high level of confidentiality.

Hours:20-25 hours per week with the possibility of increasing hours in the future.

Pay: During training, the position offers $16/hr with potential for growth based on performance and abilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Basic Knowledge of Behavioral Health Services
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Basic billing tasks in our electronic medical record system( no experience needed).
• Assist with upkeep of social media and website
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Answer and return telephone calls/faxes/emails
•  Simple cleaning duties 
• Perform all other office tasks
