Administrative Assistant
Are you looking for a job you can grow into? Do you thrive on working independently? This could be the job for you! Road2Wellness is a small Mental Health Clinic that provides out-patient therapy services. Our growing clinic is looking for someone who is positive, self motivated and must also uphold a high level of confidentiality.
Hours:20-25 hours per week with the possibility of increasing hours in the future.
Pay: During training, the position offers $16/hr with potential for growth based on performance and abilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Basic Knowledge of Behavioral Health Services
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Basic billing tasks in our electronic medical record system( no experience needed).
- Assist with upkeep of social media and website
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer and return telephone calls/faxes/emails
- Simple cleaning duties
- Perform all other office tasks
