About the Job
The ideal Administrative/Office Assistant is tech savvy and will assist the studio/ownership with organization, record keeping, data entry and account management. Passion for fitness and knowledge of the Rumble brand is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
•Excellent organization skills required
•Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
•Proficient in (but not limited to) MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Workspace (i.e. Drive, Docs, Calendar) Keynote, Apple products/devices
•Proficient in social media content creation and management
•Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
•Must be fluent in English
•Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Must have proficient computer skills
•Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
•Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends
- Fluent in Spanish desired *
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create, organize and maintain spreadsheets
•Make/respond to phone calls, emails and texts
•Draft and edit documents, and prepare correspondence
•Schedule appointments, coordinate travel, and manage corresponding calendars
•Record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
•Order and manage studio inventory (i.e. office and cleaning supplies)
•Pick up/drop off studio orders
•Generate and distribute required reports
•Create and manage on-brand content for social media channels
•Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Proven administrative experience desired *
