About the Job
We're looking for a HR Support professional to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will show reliability and dedication to the team, as well as the company. This is a high volume organization and will need this person to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests
- Provide administrative support.
- Participate in a variety of special projects as assigned
- Coordinate and schedule travel and accommodations
- Assist with tasks related to new hire training and orientation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role.
- Experience handling important tasks with deadlines REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage interruptions
- Ability to deliver quality results in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities;
- Capacity to work collaboratively; a self-starter with the ability to work
Compensation - Benefits:
- 45k - 52k
