Administrative and Membership Assistant - $26-$28/hr - DC at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC

Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Administrative and Membership Assistant to support their team!

About You:

• 3+ years of membership experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree is also required.
• Previous communications/social media experience is a plus.
• Experience with YourMembership or a similar member database software (must be able to learn new software/technology quickly).
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable with managing memberships.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule 4 days/week on-site at the Washington, DC location.

The Job:

• Support all organization memberships and manage the membership database.
• Identify new members and maintain current members.
• Respond to member inquiries by email/phone, handle membership outreach, and cold call new members.
• Assist with planning membership events and the annual conference.
• Handle recruitment and orientation for new members.
• This temporary position pays $26-$28/hr
