Job Title: Principal Director for Campus Advancement (PDCA)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of dual-report advancement professionals across the University of Utah.
- Collaborate with the Senior Executive Director of Advancement (SEDOA) to develop strategic fundraising initiatives.
- Oversee training and professional development for advancement staff.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni and donors.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in advancement or fundraising.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns.
