- Manage real estate transactions with preparedness, efficiently handling complex tasks.
- Liaise with attorneys and sellers, coordinate inspections, and oversee other transactional details.
- Ensure utilities for our properties are managed effectively, ensuring preparedness and smooth operation during renovations.
- Advertise and engage potential clients on social media platforms like Facebook for property buying and selling.
- Uphold authenticity and honesty in all administrative tasks, reflecting our commitment to meaningful impact and genuine relationships.
Qualifications:
- Ideally located within EST or CST time zones.
- Proven experience working for a startup company.
- Previous experience in Real Estate or Property management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a disciplined approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, promoting peaceful and truthful interactions within a remote team.
