We're looking for an experienced, clinically trained leader to join our team as the Director of the Outpatient Cancer Center.
In this role, you'll oversee clinical operations, focus on quality outcomes, and ensure the financial health of the service line. You'll work across departments in a multidisciplinary setting, leading with a customer-focused, team-oriented approach while embracing the core leadership principles of Community Medical Center.

Job Details

What You’ll Need:
- Previous management experience within a cancer center
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Completion of leadership courses through ongoing education.
- Proven ability to build teams, collaborate with physicians, manage projects, and improve processes.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience leading a Cancer Center or similar medical clinic, including staffing, recruiting, and managing operations and physicians.
- Experience with Joint Commission and COC survey readiness.
