Administrative Director / Office Manager
We are looking for an administrative Director who can perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and project management tasks to support a high-performing organization. We are looking for someone with administrative experience who can oversee the administrative operations of our organization This role will manage administrative procedures and systems, maintain consistency throughout the organization, and ensure information flows smoothly to necessary leaders.
We want someone who is a confident problem solver and can build solutions that enable positive business performance. Additionally, we are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who will contribute to a positive leadership team dynamic. Once hired, this role will have a defined growth path that will lead to supporting two Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Denver area.

Admin Responsibilities
Supports Operator by managing scheduled and weekly needs
Supports General Manager (s) with the weekly needs of the restaurant
Owns End of Moth financial process
Tracks and pays invoices
Owns store email and communicates necessary items with the leadership team
Keeps leadership calendar organized and up to date
Helps keep the Operator and Director team organized and aligned
Tracks budgets with Directors
Distributes team memos and general communication as needed
Note-taking during a leadership meeting
Organizes meeting notes and action items
Helps to keep office organized and neat
Maintains and organizes Google Drive to keep core restaurant systems intact
Owns payroll, sick time, and PTO requests with directors
Meet any unforeseen business needs
Work assigned position as needed
Schedule / Pay
Saturday availability
9 am - 5 pm
On the floor 15-20 hours a week
Office time 20-25 hours a week
Starting at 27$hr
80 hrs of PTO
40 hrs of sick pay
Health care stipend of 600 per month
401k 3.5 % match after 1000 hrs worked
