Customer Service Associate (This is NOT call center environment)
A small but growing office of a distribution warehouse in the Fulton Industrial/Thornton Road area of Atlanta is in search of an energetic and detail-oriented person to be trained as a Customer Service Associate (Client is looking to meet ASAP and start Mid/Late January)
This is a Direct Hire in office position- this is NOT a remote position
Duties Includes:
Assisting customers on the telephone with questions regarding our ordering website.
Answering customers questions about shipment and delivery dates.
Answering customers questions regarding their orders.
Entering Sales Orders on our ERP Accounting/Distribution system.
Confirming customers sales orders.
Preparing documentation needed for shipments.
Participating as needed in any physical counts of inventory.
Completing other tasks as they are assigned.
Assisting with order fulfillment of uniforms as needed
SAGE OR AS400 EXPERIENCE IS IDEAL
Required Qualifications Include:
Eligibility to legally work in the US
3+ yearsof stable/recent/verifiable experience working in an office environment for a distribution or manufacturing company
Good phone and speaking skills
Strong computer abilities
Ability to get to work on time reliably every work day
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$22-$24 per hour
Background and drug test required
