Required Skills & Qualifications:
· GED or HS diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
· 5 years of staff and office administration and staff oversight/training
· Demonstrated track record of staff and office coordination, Admin. Support for medical staff and physician based operation, research projects, and CME and other medical educations
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of campus and hospital administration staff, faculty and industry sponsors
· Ability to resolve complex problems independently
· Skilled in handling a large volume of project priorities, working on multiple tasks simultaneously, and shifting priorities as needed
· Experience working in a medical/clinical setting and familiarity with medical terminology. Has knowledge in hospital operation administration
Description of Duties:
· Responsible for all aspects of assigned from initiation through completion of projects
· Assist physicians and staff with recruitment, screening, consenting, administering review, schedule appointments, etc.
· Prepare presentations as well as reports for meetings
· Participate in monthly or weekly to quarterly staff meetings, provide status updates, communicate with other investigators, and other persons related to the project.
Perform data entry for projects and provide reports to supervisor
Salary Range: $33-$38 per hour
