The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and servicing of client accounts for new business acquisitions and account maintenance renewal procedures.
- Regular interaction with company partners to meet client needs.
- Certificate handling
- Scanning/copying policies.
- Contributing to a positive workplace environment
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High School or Bachelor’s degree
- Detail orientated and superior organizational skills.
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
- Please note: You must have your own reliable transportation as there is no public transportation to our office park.
