The Office of the University Provost is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to play a key role in driving our mission forward. In this dynamic role, youll provide essential support to the Associate Provost for Special Projects & Emerging Priorities, Assistant Provost for Operations, the Chief of Staff, and the BU Womens Guild Executive Board.

Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar and meeting support for the Associate Provost for Special Projects & Emerging Priorities, including scheduling of multiple committees, working groups, and related efforts. Committee work includes scheduling meetings, logistics, producing minutes, managing document flow, website maintenance, and gathering information.
- Provide scheduling and logistical support for BU Womens Guilds meetings and events, annual scholarship awards and graduate housing awards processes, financial and membership reporting
- Provide calendar, event, and meeting support for the Chief of Staff and Assistant Provost for Operations.
- Daily front desk coverage, and other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
