System One is seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team for a long-term contract position located in Monticello, MN.

Pay Rate: $22.50 / HR
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute paperwork packages for upcoming work, including work instructions, procedures, and qualifications for team members. Ensure all necessary documents are printed and organized for efficient workflow.
- Assist in scheduling tasks and appointments using Outlook. Manage scheduling conflicts and adjustments as needed to optimize productivity.
- Enter and organize expenses, including receipts and expense reports, to maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence. Provide support to the team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend daily meetings with team supervisors/managers to understand daily tasks and provide assistance as required. Collaborate with existing administrative staff and interact with personnel from electrical and mechanical maintenance groups.
- Receive signed paperwork from maintenance personnel, ensure completeness, and submit for peer review. Scan and file paperwork into the system for record-keeping purposes.
- Be prepared to assist new managers/supervisors with ad hoc tasks and provide support to team members with changing priorities and requests.
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in general administrative roles (receptionist, coordinator, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Sociable and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Well-organized with experience in filing and scanning documents.
- Experience supporting small to larger teams, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Familiarity with SAP work management is a plus, but not required.
