- Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Ability to exhibit excellent customer service when receiving calls and visitors.
- Efficient operation of various office equipment, e.g. computer, cash register, copier, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential materials.
