Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Our client, a luxury fabrics, linens, and bedding brand, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team! This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a hybrid schedule (4 days remote). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks and support daily operations.
- Obtain quotes related to construction and real estate projects.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and communications.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
