Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Lyon, and Paris.
Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support both our Finance and Human Resources departments. This hybrid role encompasses a broad spectrum of administrative responsibilities, including payroll processing, HRIS management, expense reimbursements, onboarding/offboarding processes, and office management. This position is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across financial and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Payroll setup and processing
- Expense reimbursements
- State and Federal agency compliance management
Human Resources
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions.
- Support the onboarding/off-boarding process.
- Organize, maintain, and update employee information within HRIS and digital records.
- I9 Verifications
- Benefits administration
- Handle internal employee requests and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide support and perform other administrative functions as needed.
General
- Oversee office management tasks
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as required
What we are looking for
- 2-5 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in computer skills with a strong familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other business communication tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
