Job Details
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments, including preparing presentations, assembling various documents, completing mailings, etc. to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of MSAs.
- Support with insurance needs by maintaining records, coordinating with insurance broker, and assisting with claims processing as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Coordinate non-executive trainings and travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring timely and accurate information is available.
- Provide back up support for the VP of Corporate Administration and Office Manager.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal company events and meetings as needed.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, providing support and coordination as needed.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
o Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Education and Experience (required):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in an office administration, or similar, position.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Experience with event coordination and facilities management.
Education and Experience (preferred):
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle report, and good driving habits
- Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship
