Administrative Clerk/ HMO Coordinator - Kings Harbor Multicare Center

Kings Harbor Multicare Center is seeking a Case Management Assistant.  This position will assist in gathering insurance information for all residents. We are a 720 bed skilled nursing 5 star CMS rated facility, the preferred choice for our Bronx community. We are focused on resident centered care and always striving to raise the bar in clinical excellence. 

Job Description:

Act as liaison between insurance companies and facility

Inform Case Manager of changes in residents's conditions

Prepare insurance files for hospital returns

Obtain authorizations for physicians and consultants

Verify insurance coverage

Perform other duties assigned
