Southeast Texas HR is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team at a financial institution. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, our company has a reputation for excellence in selecting top talent. This role will be critical in maintaining an organized and efficient filing system for all management, clients, and sales representatives. These could be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidates. This is a Monday - Friday position and pay will be $12-$13 per hour, DOE.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar position.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including drug testing and background check.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- 2 or more years of administrative/receptionist experience.
- High School degree; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work with a team and as an individual to meet daily goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet all pre-employment screenings including background checks.
