PREFERRED LOCATIONS: HOUSTON, DALLAS, CHICAGOSeeking executive administration associate to support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for our client, a major healthcare corporation headquartered in Houston, TX, with locations in various states. This position will support the CSO with calendaring, coordinating all travel logistics (agendas, booking air and ground transportation, accommodations, meal organizations for business travel), assisting with acquisitions, arrange leadership and board meetings. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (healthcare, business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and find creative solutions.
- Prior experience in leadership and team support.
- Proficiency in computer-based data management and information systems.

- Collaborate with the CSO to identify potential acquisition targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with CEOs and decision-makers.
- Serve as a project manager for acquisition deals, ensuring a seamless transition process.
- Travel to various locations alongside the CSO to support acquisition efforts (ability to fly required).
- Coordinate travel logistics including booking flights and accommodation.
- Organize meals and other essential services during business trips.
- Work cross-functionally to execute acquisition strategies effectively.
- Proactively address obstacles and challenges to ensure successful acquisitions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to acquisitions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, controlled chaos environment, working effectively under pressure.
- Meet with CEOs and other high-level executives to facilitate business discussions.
