About the Job
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and print checks once a week.
Support the Endowment and Care Specialist in performing all administrative duties related with Perpetual Care.
Prepare and process Annual Care invoices, oversee mailing and field customer inquiries regarding care services.
Process foundation application receipts.
Prepare and process damaged monument paperwork.
Monitor independent contractors to ensure they have required workers’ compensation insurance.
Back up for accounts receivable clerk.
Assist with preparation for the Annual Lot Owner Meeting including the mailing of proxies and annual reports.
Prepare and produce reports as needed.
Skills and Specifications:
A minimum of high school Diploma.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented and highly organized team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Outlook.
