Administrative Assistant - ITS

Office Administrator / Manufacturing - Youngstown, OH - JOB 24-00287

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00/HR Contract temp to hire

Start ASAP! Assignment is at least 1 month and can turn into direct hire.

The Admin is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly. They commonly work with a wide range of other employees, and coordinate and facilitate communication. Administrators may also be tasked with overseeing the physical aspects of their company's operations—this might include accounting and sales functions.

• Associate degree or higher required, or equivalent experience
• Two plus years of experience in an administrative role required
• Data entry into multiple systems for reporting
• Timesheet management and database input
• Administration of expense reports
• Answering phones and responding to client and employee requests and inquiries
• Manage Invoicing for customers and suppliers
• Manage and file all POs, packing lists, and invoices.
• Keeping track of office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Input new orders in database
• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
• Assist operations management team as needed
