Administrative Assistant - JEVS Human Services

JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Management Services program as an Administrative Assistant!  As the Administrative Assistant you will act as a liaison with funders, collaborate with billing staff, and assist the Program Director.

This role, located in Wilmington, Delaware, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in training staff
• Maintain files and supplies
• Act as primary point of contact with the state Medicaid office
• Schedule meetings and assist as a secretary in meetings
• Assist the Director when necessary 

Skills & Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in an administrative /operational support role to a management in a social services or human services organization, business or clinical environment.
• Willingness to travel from Delaware to Philadelphia when needed

The base pay for this position ranges from $31,500 to $39,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.  Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
