Administrative Assistant- Willow - Eating Recovery Center

This is a 100% onsite position in Denver, Monday-Friday

How you’ll serve our patients:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant II to provide support to the milieu, directors and staff. An administrative assistant II oversees a wide variety of support duties and responsibilities and utilizes a strong working knowledge of systems.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Implement efficient administrative workflows and processes to support the clinical teams

• Communicate with various members of the clinical team and support teams to identify issues and solicit cooperation

• Coordinate and support daily schedule service delivery for clinical professionals at all service sites

• Coordinate administrative needs of supporting clinical staff members to assure quality patient care and quality service to both external and internal clients

• Assure follow through on process/ protocols as identified/ assigned

• Coordinate and provide training protocols and workflows that impact or involve clinical personnel

• Maintain protocols throughout service sites for clinical interface to create a streamlined and consistent approach to service delivery process

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 4 years’ experience of relative experience in a clinical administrative setting preferred

• Some experience working with mentally ill populations preferred

• Advanced computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite required

• Demonstrates increased responsibility and role expansion in training, implementation, and leadership experiences

• Driver’s license is required with safe driving record

Compensation starting range for the Administrative Assistant role is $18.29 to $22.00 hourly. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
