Summary
The main focus of this role is to provide clerical support for the Director of Facilities.

This is a temporary position.

Job Description:

• The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Attend and take minutes for all Facility and Environment of Care meetings.
• Reconcile monthly expenditures.
• Manage and maintain the hospitals online SDS submissions.
• Monitor and maintain the Critical Compliance spreadsheet.
• Support and assist facilities staff with Camis (facility maintenance scheduling program) resetting passwords.
• Maintain inspection reports and inspection permit database.
• Schedule staff trainings/certifications.
• Order office supplies.
• Cover the switchboard during vacations, sick calls and or personal leave.
• Collaborate with other departments when needed, Safety/Security, Communications, Environmental Services, Facilities, Nursing, Human Resources and Nursing.
• Other duties as assigned.
