Day shift: Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Short Description:
The main focus of this role is to provide clerical support for the Director of Facilities.
Complete Description:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:
Attend and take minutes for all Facility and Environment of Care meetings.
Reconcile monthly expenditures.
Manage and maintain the hospitals online SDS submissions.
Monitor and maintain the Critical Compliance spreadsheet.
Support and assist facilities staff with Camis (facility maintenance scheduling program) resetting passwords.
Maintain inspection reports and inspection permit database.
Schedule staff trainings/certifications.
Order office supplies.
Cover the switchboard during vacations, sick calls and or personal leave.
Collaborate with other departments when needed, Safety/Security, Communications, Environmental Services, Facilities, Nursing, Human Resources and Nursing.
Other duties as assigned.
