Friday 10am-1pm
Pay : $20/hr

What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Answering phones and emails, providing excellent customer service to members and stakeholders.
• Sending dues invoices to members and logging payments in the database for accurate record-keeping.
• Preparing deposits for accounts receivable and sending out membership cards to new members.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Are proficient in database management and comfortable with technology, including websites and email marketing tools.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with members and staff.
