An Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing day to day task "completing daily productivity reports, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Administrative Assistants often serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering excellent customer service. They also assist in preparing reports, handling data entry, and coordinating events or projects. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, detail-oriented position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office tasks provided by supervisor
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence for tasks assigned by supervisor
- Prepare and file documents, reports, and presentations when needed
- Provide follow up on daily, weekly and monthly task
- Submit daily productivity reports
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure smooth daily office operations by addressing any administrative issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Great time management skills and ability to multi task
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus

Working Hours: 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday
